I have lived in Sherbrooke for the past 35 years. I find the city has a lot to offer in the way of activities, whatever the season. Personally, I love the outdoors, and Sherbrooke is blessed with lots of bike paths. For walking tours, there are several great parks, including the Magog River canyon, with its illuminated rapids, the Beckett Wood Park, the Lucien-Blanchard Forest, the paths around the Lac des nations, Mont Bellevue Park, the Réal-D. Carbonneau Marsh, the Domaine Howard Park, the Beauvoir sanctuary, and so on…

You can’t forget our museums, with their very interesting exhibits. We also have great festivals, such as the Fête du Lac des nations, the Sherblues & Folk Festival, the Concerts de la Cité, with its shows at dusk, the Festival des traditions du mode, and many more. If you like art, you must see our super murals found throughout the city. And here’s a little secret…both young and old will have fun trying to find the elves hidden in each of the murals.

After visiting these great attractions, I would love to accompany you to one of our bistros or cafés to quench your thirst and help you reenergize.
